Herbal Extacy Shipping Information and Return Policy
All orders are processed using 100% secure servers and all credit card orders will show as billed and shipped from " Innersight Trading " . There is no mention of herbal extacy or legal alternatives on the billing information or the actual package that is shipped.
All orders are shipped using DISCREET PACKAGING in a plain white or brown box / envelope. Only the return address from Innersight Trading and the customer's shipping address is displayed. All orders are shipped using UPS in the USA and Canadapost in Canada, Canadian orders are shipped from BC, and all USA orders are shipped from California, USA. All international and overseas orders will be shipped from the Canadian office.
*PLEASE NOTE - ALASKA, GUAM, & HAWAII: Some USA locations also require extra shipping fees that we can't calculate in the system. If your from a remote location like Guam, Hawaii, or Alaska there is most likely going to be extra shipping fees required to complete your order. Those locations are much farther than the Continental USA, please contact us with your address to get a quote before ordering, or be ready to expect an email stating more shipping is owed.
Accepted Payment Methods
You can order your herbal alternatives and pay using a Credit Card ( Mastercard or Visa only ) or you can send in a mail order and pay with Cash , bank draft, money order, or cashiers check. We do not accept personal checks or wire transfers.
Special Note for customers using Gift Cards The back of the card has a website where you can check the balance left on it, and on that website there is a place where you can register the card with your actual address in case of it becoming lost or stolen. Once you have registered the address on your card you can use it on websites like ours that require more information to be processed. After doing this your Gift Card should be approved on our website.
If you are ordering with a different billing and shipping address one of our herbal extacy agents will have to make contact via telephone with the billing contact to confirm the order before it can be completed. This is to combat credit card fraud and ensure the order is going to the correct address.
Ordering Over Telephone:If you want to order with credit card but are wary of giving your information online then we can process your order for you manually via our telephone staff. But to complete this we require that you still use our online shopping cart system to gather the necessary information to complete your order. Just add the items you need into the shopping cart and choose "mail order" for your payment method. The system will calculate your order and provide shipping options and provide the phone number to call to reach our staff. Please note we do not have full time staff setup for answering the phone. In most cases when we get a new telephone order we will call you to complete the order so just leave your name and phone number on the voice message and a representative will call you back. If you don't get a call back within 24 hours then use the support contact form.
All orders using credit card are processed in the next 24 hours and will be shipped the next day in most cases. If it is a Friday it will be shipped the following Monday. In the unlikley chance your order is delayed for shipping we will attempt to contact you and give an estimated delivery / shipping time frame.
