All orders are collected on a secure shopping cart system then a real person will manually process your order. This helps to check for fraudulent transactions and verify the person ordering is actually the true owner of the credit card being used. You can also order without a credit card via the mail with a money order or USD cash, this is by far the most discreet but can take much longer for your order to process due to relying on the mail system. All our customer information is automatically deleted after a period of time, usually around 30 - 60 days after the order has been received, depending on the type of transaction. Our company has a strict policy regarding spam and you will NEVER see a spam email from herbal-extacy.com. We do not participate in the selling of customer information to potential spamming companies, unlike many other vendors in other adult markets. We value our customers privacy and will protect to the fullest extent. |
All orders are shipped from the USA. All orders are shipped in a plain white or brown box or envelope depending on the size of the order. The customers privacy is always our main goal. We ship our packages as discreet as possible with only the address information displayed. And the return address company name is Online Herbal Products, not Herbal Extacy or anything that would give away to the contents of the package. So you can be assured that your package will arrive un-tampered and 100% viable for your enjoyment. We do ship almost anywhere in the world. If you order to Canada there may be some brokerage fee added when it arrives, we have no control over this and any extra charges will have to be covered by the customer. This is the same for any other country overseas. In most cases the package is small enough that this is not an issue to worry about. If you order overseas there may be additional shipping charges and we will contact you to approve them before shipping. |
